Refund policy
We understand that not all planners are for everyone, so if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a return, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We do not offer free returns. All return requests are subject to approval and must meet the conditions outlined below.
Returns Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery provided that
• The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
• The return has been approved by our customer service team in advance
Items returned without prior approval may be refused and sent back to the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs charges, duties, or handling fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued for the product value only, excluding
• Original shipping fees
• Return shipping costs
• Any duties, taxes, or RTS fees incurred
Refunds will not be processed until the returned item has been received and approved.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable
• Digital products or downloads
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items
• Items marked as final sale
Returned to Sender Orders
Orders returned to sender due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, refused delivery, or unpaid customs duties are not considered standard returns.
Any refund issued for Returned to Sender orders will exclude shipping and return fees and may be subject to additional deductions. Full details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact our customer service team before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Refunds issued outside of our stated policy will not be honoured.
