Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your order.

Delivery Times

  • Ireland [1–2 business days]
  • UK [3-7 business days]
  • Europe: [3–6 business days]
  • USA  [3-7 business days]
  • Rest of World: [3–10 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your local postal service and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside of the EU, including to the United States, may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and local taxes once your order arrives in your country. These charges are set by your customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to control or estimate these fees, and they are not included in your product price or shipping cost at checkout.

Any delays caused by customs are outside our control. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering if you are concerned about potential charges.

Return-to-Sender 

If a package is returned to us by the courier - for example, because the address was incorrect, the parcel couldn’t be delivered, or it wasn’t collected from a collection point in the allocated timeframe - the customer has two options:

1. Reship the Order

  • We can resend the order to you.
  • Shipping costs must be paid again by the customer for the reshipment.

 

2. Refund

  • We can issue a refund for the order itself only.
  • Shipping costs and Shipping Insurance are non-refundable.

Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order to avoid delays or returned packages. We’re happy to help you choose the option that works best and get your planner to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Insurance Policy

Shipping insurance is an optional add-on available at checkout and is strongly recommended. It provides coverage for specific delivery issues outside of our control, as outlined below.

What Shipping Insurance Covers

If shipping insurance is purchased, it covers
• Parcels lost in transit
• Parcels damaged during transit
• Orders marked as delivered but confirmed lost or misdelivered by the courier after investigation

In these cases, we will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf. If the claim is approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

What Shipping Insurance Does Not Cover

Shipping insurance does not cover
• Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address details
• Failure to collect a parcel from the courier or depot
• Refused deliveries
• Unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• Parcels marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout
• Delays caused by customs or local postal services

These situations are outside the scope of shipping insurance and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Preorder Shipping Policy

By placing a preorder with GGC Planners, you are purchasing an item before it is available for immediate dispatch. Preordering secures your item and ensures you’ll receive it once stock arrives.

Shipping Timeframe for Preorders

All preorder items will be dispatched approximately 4 weeks from the order date unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may vary slightly due to production or shipping delays outside of our control.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the full order will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or amended within 3 hours of being placed, provided the request is received during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (GMT+1). Please contact our customer service team and include your order number.

Requests submitted outside of business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be reviewed on the next business day. By that time, orders may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be guaranteed to be changed or cancelled.

After the 3-hour window has passed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes, cancellations, or refunds, as orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

Please carefully review all order details before completing your purchase, including product selection and delivery address. Once processing begins, changes such as product swaps or address updates cannot be guaranteed.

In the unlikely event of a significant delay or production issue, customers will be contacted directly and provided with an update or appropriate resolution.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.

Claims for Missing Deliveries

If your tracking shows an order as delivered but it has not been received, customers must notify our customer service team within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.

Customers are advised to first
• Check with household members or neighbours
• Verify the delivery address provided at checkout
• Contact the courier directly where applicable

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available at checkout and is strongly recommended.

If shipping insurance was purchased
• We will open an investigation on your behalf
• If the claim is approved, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost

Investigation timelines are determined by the courier and are outside of our control.

Orders Without Shipping Insurance

If shipping insurance was not purchased, we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement or refund for orders marked as delivered by the courier.

In these cases, any resolution must be pursued directly with the courier or the customer’s local postal service.

Delivery Accuracy

Please ensure delivery addresses are accurate and secure at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
